Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker pieces roughly crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips optional, for topping
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. This ensures easy removal of the fudge once set.
  • Melt chocolate base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
  • Add graham crackers: Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed. Be careful not to crush them too much—they should remain slightly chunky for texture.
  • Layer marshmallows: Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows over this layer. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top, then add the rest of the marshmallows. Lightly press them into the fudge so they stick but still peek through for that signature s’mores look.
  • Optional chocolate topping: If using, sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the top. For a shiny finish, you can briefly microwave the pan for 10–15 seconds and gently swirl the chocolate chips into the fudge with a spatula.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. This step ensures that the fudge sets properly and the marshmallows hold their shape.
  • Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and place on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut into small squares or rectangles. Serve on a platter or individually wrapped for gifting.
  • How to serve: S’mores fudge is perfect as a sweet snack for kids or a cozy treat by the fire. Pair it with hot chocolate, coffee, or a glass of milk. For a fun twist, serve alongside graham crackers and extra marshmallows for a “DIY s’mores” experience.
